Lebanese Business Council's Objectives

The Lebanese Business Council of Dubai & Northern Emirates aims & objectives are to achieve the following:

Bringing together Companies and organizations, Lebanese Businessmen and Professionals concerned with public interest and enhancing the Lebanese – Emirates relationships in the economical, commercial and social aspects.
Organizing activities leading to strengthening the relations between the two countries and to projecting a proper image of Lebanon thus enhancing its interests in Dubai and Northern Emirates.
Encouraging and enhancing the communication, exchanging expertise as well as providing the opportunities to bind the business relationships between the members.
Providing social aide for Local or Lebanese institution, or Lebanese citizens whenever needed. Noting that the Lebanese Business Council is prohibited to interfere in any activity contradicting with the Local Laws of the United Arab Emirates, especially the Religious & Political matters.
Providing full support to the Lebanese General Consulate activities. Further more, the Lebanese Business Council aims to create an interactive environment for Lebanese Businessmen and Professionals, in order to provide better business connections and opportunities, to the benefit of the UAE - Lebanese businessmen, community and countries.

Also, in cooperation with the Lebanese General Consulate, the Lebanese Business Council works on developing the economic relationships and other related social and cultural relations between Lebanon and United Arab Emirates within Dubai & Northern Emirates territory, through the following activities:

1.	Providing a documented data base concerning the investment opportunities available in Lebanon and United Arab Emirates.
2.	Cooperating and coordinating with the relevant Lebanese authorities concerned with developing investment opportunities in Lebanon such as the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the Lebanese Chambers of Commerce and Industry, the Manufacturers Association, the Ministries of Tourism and Information, the Central Bank of Lebanon, Lebanese Banks Association ….etc.
3.	Cooperating and coordinating with all UAE authorities concerned with the economic development such as the Chambers of Commerce in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, the Departments of Economic Development, the Tourism Departments, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Dubai knowledge Village and similar economic entities.
4.	Helping those specialized and qualified Lebanese Youth looking for work opportunities in UAE, also promoting the Lebanese expertise and knows how at UAE institutions and projects As well As promoting UAE know how and expertise to Lebanon where and when required.
5.	Encouraging the exchange of tourism between Lebanon and Dubai & Northern Emirates.
6.	Encouraging the enhancement of cultural relations between the two countries with the view of achieving further and stronger social ties between the Lebanese and the UAE communities.
